About Us Our Mission Committee of Management 2011/2012
BayCISS (Bayside Community Information and Support Service Inc), is a not-for-profit community organisation that has been established for over 30 years.
At our Community Information Centres, professionally trained volunteers assist people with community information, support, advocacy and referral services. Our Hampton East Centre also has a counselling service and a legal advice program.
Castlefield Communty Centre has self help, mutual support groups, occasional child care and playgroups.

Our Mission
Our mission is to assist members of the community with information, referrals and support services.
In particular, we hope to support those people in the community who are vulnerable, facing financial hardship or social distress.
