BayCISS (Bayside Community Information and Support Service Inc) is here to support you. Whether you need practical assistance, advice or someone to talk to, we offer a range of free and low cost services for people across Bayside and parts of Kingston.

We’re committed to supporting our community through times of hardship, providing timely, practical help with care, dignity and respect. Our programs include information, referrals, advocacy and support, along with emergency relief such as food assistance, support programs and inclusive community activities.
