EMERGENCY RELIEF.

Emergency Relief

All clients seeking Emergency Relief meet with a trained volunteer or support worker who will discuss your situation and assess your needs. Your privacy is important to us, all conversations and information provided are kept confidential. Records are maintained to support your care and meet funding requirements, with all reporting de-identified.

What Can Be Provided?

Support is tailored to each individual based on need, previous assistance and available resources.

Emergency Relief may include food parcels, food vouchers, pharmacy vouchers, phone credit and transport cards. Please note, food vouchers are generally provided no more than once every three months.

Who Can Access This Service?

This service is available to residents of Bayside and parts of Kingston (within the area bounded by South, Warrigal and Centre Dandenong Roads) who are experiencing financial hardship or crisis.

Clients are required to provide current identification showing their address, such as a valid Centrelink card. Identification is requested at each visit.
