Information and Advocacy

Our volunteers provide information on community programs and support services, helping you find the right assistance for your needs. You can call or visit our Hampton East Centre for guidance.

We also offer advocacy support if you’re having difficulty dealing with government agencies, utility providers or other services, helping to clarify issues and work towards a resolution.

This service is available to residents of Bayside and parts of Kingston (areas bounded by South Road, Warrigal Road and Centre Dandenong Road). If you’re outside this area, we can refer you to your local service.
